Darlene Taylor is a Real Estate Investor/ Real Estate Broker/Realtor©.
She loves serving the people and has turned her attention to sharing her secrets of how she had to reclaim her future and regrow financial freedom.
Darlene is a self-taught Real Estate Investor. Yes, there are many people Darlene picked up ideas from, but no one which held her hand. She did not have a scripted manual of dos and don’ts. She just knew she had no choice but to succeed. Anything else was not in her vocabulary.
At the age of 44 Darlene and her husband retired. They were living a lifestyle which they enjoyed. Traveling, spending time with family and enjoying their hobbies. Then the events of 9-11-2001 changed it all.
Just one-week later, Darlene found out her only option was to go back to work.
Darlene had no other choice, but to return to the workforce. She dusted off her nursing shoes and return to the nursing field working full-time for a source of income. While she focused on real estate investing as the source to achieve the financial freedom she and her husband once enjoyed and desperately wanted back.
After several years of buying and selling properties it was time to retire those nursing shoes. Darlene then decided to obtain her real estate license in 2004 and went to work with Century -21, while continuing to invest in real estate. Only after a couple of years working both as a Realtor© and real estate investor, she knew it was time to open a real estate brokage.
2006 she had finally reached her goal of financial freedom for the second time. Yes, in five years working nonstop, many mistakes, many setbacks, and many downfalls she was able to return to the type of lifestyle she had once enjoyed.
She and her husband continue to invest in real estate. Now Darlene is turning her attention to share the process of how she reclaimed her future and secured financial freedom for you to achieve the lifestyle you want and dream of.

Karl is a born leader with 17 + years of customer service and
subcontracting in the construction industry. While living in
Australia, England, and Wales as a missionary he was able to
acquire some unique skills in the construction industry before
finally settling in St. Augustine, Florida.
While working with a family-owned import business Karl was
introduced to The DJ & Taylor Consulting Group LLC. That is
when Karl knew real estate investing was going to be in his
future.
However, with many irons in the fire Karl is proud to celebrate 5
years with The DJ & Taylor Consulting Group LLC. While
achieving his own financial freedom.
Now Karl will use his unique skill of thinking outside the box to
help find the solution for other individuals achieve their freedom
of finances and time to enjoy their life once again.
John Taylor
Master Coach/ Consultant/and Support Coordinator
After 20 years in the Air Force specializing in logistics and communications, John shifted his career to Corporate America where he spent 10 years in management before landing in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Investor.
He credits time in both the Air Force and Corporate America for his discipline and strict attention to detail has led him to be a successful real estate investor.
John’s expertise lies in knowing the exact steps that need to be taken to invest in real estate and to become a successful real estate investor, whether starting part-time or full time.
One of his main goals as a coach is to give support to new members while they are establishing their real estate investing framework.

Palmer Allen Touchton II

is a veteran of the mortgage industry with more than 30 years of experience. I specialize in FHA, VA and Conventional loans. In addition, I work with customers to secure other loan programs including Jumbo, Lot loans, USDA and non-prime loans along with construction-to- permanent financing, based upon their lending needs.
A Jacksonville, FL native and a U.S. Navy veteran, I attribute much of my success as a loan professional to my job as a loan processor early in my mortgage career. Not only did that experience provide me with a more comprehensive understanding of the loan process, but it also taught me the importance of asking the right questions and listening to my customers’ needs so that I can find the best loan for their individual situation.
